Escape to our cozy Smoky Mountain Cabin! Conveniently located just outside of Pigeon Forge, you will be close to Smoky Mountain National Park and all the attractions that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. Relax and enjoy one of the most breathtaking views imaginable.

📌 A little about our cabin:
Million Dollar View is fully furnished with one king bed, fireplace, one bathroom and two twin beds in the loft. Up to 4 guests can sleep comfortably 👨👩👧👦💤 in this charming mountain home. 🏔️
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, microwave, coffee maker, cups, dishes, utensils, pots, pans and a few other essential items. You may wish to bring your choice of food and drinks 🥪🍹, favorite coffee roast☕
The living room has ample lounging space, fire feature, and flat screen TV for access to all of your favorite streaming services.
The covered deck offers an outdoor hot tub and rocking chairs. Kick back with a glass of wine and enjoy this amazing view. There is no better place you’ll want to be during a sunset! 🌄 . In the summer months you can end your day with a fantastic view of the Dollywood fireworks display. 🎇 🎆
The bathroom contains a stand-in shower, along with an indoor jacuzzi.

Bear sightings are very common in this area🐾, so be alert! Do not feed them or leave trash out on the deck or entry way. Make sure to lock 🔒 all vehicle doors and windows. Please take caution if they are in the area and keep away. They may look cute and cuddly 🐻, but do not attempt to interact with them.
The hot tub is for everyone! However, kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please read the spa rules posted on the deck before use. You should not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant.
No late check-out or early check-in ⏰. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10am on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a fee of $50.00 administered for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
No refunds will be issued for weather/ natural disasters/ power outages/ or other disruptive events which may occur during your stay that are beyond our control. However, we will always do our very best to accommodate our guests.
While we understand that you love your pets, we have a strong no pet policy 🐶❌😺 for our cabin, in order to keep it safe for guests and our family members who have allergies. You will be charged a $500 fee if you bring a pet.
Please be aware that our minimum age requirement is 25.

This place was lovely! It is very clean and comfortable, and I was also really impressed with the thoughtful attention to detail for guests (ex. lots of yummy snacks and coffee/tea provided, and extra toiletries in the bathroom). The view was awesome, and our favorite times were spent out on the deck taking in the beautiful sunsets at night and the chorus of birds greeting us in the morning. Pigeon Forge is close by, and Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park are a short scenic drive away. Also, I had to change my reservation and the host was very patient and responsive as I stumbled through that late one night. Five stars all around!

Million Dollar View is the absolute best name for this cabin. The views are unbelievable! The hot tub on the back deck at night is such a wonderful experience. You can see the whole city and the lights are beautiful. One of our nights in the hot tub we looked up into the sky and saw the "Starlink Satellites Train" being released into space. It was so cool!! The cabin is adorable and kids will love the bedroom loft upstairs. The cabin has lots of games to play. We loved sitting on the back deck drinking coffee in the morning and listening to the train whistle blow during the day at Dollywood. This place is so peaceful it would be hard not to have a great time at Million Dollar View. The host Megan was great to deal with if you have any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone coming to the area. It is conveniently located to everything.Teresa and Dale

Hot. Sofa covered the a/c vent so it gets really warm. No blinds or anything to block the bright sun light in the evening on the back window. A/C was regulated so we had to reset every couple of hours even while sleeping. King Bed is hard old and squeaky- need a new mattress asap. Hanging clothes is an issue. Closet is basically non existent. Ironing board is tiny. Small chest for folded clothes - no place for luggage - had to store in the car in the tiny driveway for one car. Not a fan of the narrow road and having to back up to get out of one way traffic on such a steep road. It was ok but we are used to nicer accommodations. Owner communicated very well- that is the best thing about this property. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we were left some snacks and carbonated water. The hot tub is broken and doesn’t work on the side with the main seats for massage. No outside grill- that is a no for us. We love to grill when staying in the mountains- guess I missed that when I booked it. Just average for us.
