The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen, an open living room/dining room with bay windows, a desk area and one bathroom. The cozy living room has a couch, a full-size futon, a large ottoman that can transition into a single bed (murphy bed), and a television equipped with streaming Disney and Netflix channels. You can also sign into your own streaming accounts. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range. The back porch has a patio table with 4 cushioned chairs for outdoor dining, Off-street driveway parking. Spacious 2-bedroom; very convenient to bus and subway lines that take you everywhere you want to go. Unusually large backyard area with grass, garden, chairs and table. Wonderful Italian restaurant just steps away. Our host is just starting with guests, so we had fewer amenities and decoration than at some places. But the host was extremely kind and responsive; we are hoping that others will follow us as guests in this good place!

I stayed in this property in order to attend a virtual conference for 14-16 hours/day. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed AND was centrally located. My host was extremely responsive and helpful. I may do the same event next year - and if I do, I will likely check back in!

Our family enjoyed staying at Mary's house for a week. The property was very well located, and there was plenty of space for the four of us to spread out and relax. Off-street parking was a big plus. Mary was communicative and easy to reach if there ever were an issue (we had none). The kitchen has just enough supplies/basics for simple cooking.
