It has two balconies, and the fenced-in garden is also perfect for playing and relaxing.

The apartment consists of 1 large living room, 1 kitchen-diner, 2 bedrooms with double beds (one of which has a shower and toilet), 1 children’s room with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with a tub, shower, and toilet, underfloor heating, and a washing machine.

A second beautifully furnished 5-star vacation apartment, “Rosengarten,” is located on the lower level with a large terrace and direct access to the expansive rose garden.
