Cozy apartment with a lake view in a residential complex with a shared swimming pool, in Soiano del Lago.The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto the bright living room which comes with a comfortable single sofa bed, a dining table and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with the necessary cooking tools, including a dishwasher, a microwave and an american coffee machine. Through a French window, it is possible to access the private porch with a beautiful view on the lake and the garden, provided with a dining table and a barbecue, perfect for meals in the open air. A ceiling fan and a sun awning will keep the area cool during the hottest days.The apartment is completed by a master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.The basement is not accessible to guests.Guests’ will benefit from amenities such as the independent heating for colder days, the washing machine and the free wi-fi.Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.The communal pool is available from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
