Sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die sich wirklich gerne um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste kümmern. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ganz normalen Wohnviertel, mit Läden und Eckkneipe, das hat uns gut gefallen. Dieses 'normale Leben' bringt Geräusche mit sich - wer Ruhe sucht und leichten Schlaf hat, sollte sich eine andere Wohnung suchen. Uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört.
Die Fahrräder sind nicht gut zu gebrauchen, das könnte besser sein. Der Linienbus direkt an der Ecke bringt einen aber auch prima überall hin.

proprietari gentilissimi, appartamento lumino e ventilato con grandi terrazzi, raggiungibile in ascensore, a disposizione diverse bici per raggiungere la spiaggia o il centro in pochi minuti. Per chi vuole fare colazione al bar, c'è scelta sotto casa.
niente di strano è un condominio: c'è un vicino che tiene il tono di voce piuttosto alto.

Logement bien situé, navette pour le centre ville à proximité Grand, propre Café à disposition Bouteille d’eau au frais
La proximité de la gare et le passage des trains avec un bruit la nuit empêchant de dormir même fenêtres fermées… Mauvaise insonorisation : voisins (notamment une femme) qui parlent très fort (a l’Italienne) dans les couloirs des 7h du matin…
