Excellent facilities. Great clean family environments. Excellent shops downstairs including starbucks and local food as well as small supermarket

Kitchen was small and basic.

Great view of Jakarta skyline. Clean with adequate cutleries and toiletries. The host was kind enough to allow me to check out slightly later.

Host is kind and very responsive, sought always quick fix

Just nice for 4 people to stay , all main important items were arranged inside the unit.

Got a cockroach in the outside bathroom and surrounding area. Sofa covers made our body itchy, Got water heaters in both bathrooms but water is not hot at all...more to normal water. The washing machine/or the switch is unusable as the button is turned off every 20 seconds. I brought all the wet clothes and wash in my country due to the smell in the dryer and not dried properly. Toilet Hose quiet dirty and unwashed. The hosts were very kind and friendly but we have to tolerate all other nonsense. We paid 4 full days and happened to be our flight to reach there at like 8am and we reached Kozystay at 8,45am. They insist to give us the key at 1pm only otherwise have to pay half day charges like 600 000 IDR. No cleaning services provided when we were there. So you have to keep clean yourself or pay another big sum o get it clean.Far from airport but near to all the major towns and shopping complexes. Kozy stay was picture perfect, in real just an old unit.Given only 1 key to enter property. Tower A Amarilis Lobby with no aircond or fan. The lift was too slow.
