no lights in the kitchen area, not enough utensils, no spoon, the common toilet is dirty when we arrived.

1, Tv:n funkade inte både i Vardagsrummet och i Stora Sovrummet. 2, Kranen i Köket var Trasig. Den håller på att Låstnad. 3, Rinnande Vattnet i den ena Dusch och Toaletten utanför Sovrum i mitten. 4, Det tog tid innan vi får WIFI. 5, Vi fick bara enbart en Nyckel med Bricka. När vi är 4 Vuxna som går In och Ut.

The location is perfect, very close to business center, and easy to find taxi, make you comfortable to move anytime. Some small shops also available next to the building. The rooms are clean, AC, TV, kitchen etc are working properly. The staff (ibu Memo) was helpfull and very communicative. Overall, I recommend this apartment to anyone who looking for a temporer place for both doing busines and leisure in the central Jakarta. We would like to stay here again in the future.

Hot water didn’t work in one bathroom, should be easy to fix for the next guest.

The location. The bed and bathroom amenities were good, and the kitchen set worked well.

However, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, the AC in the master bedroom wasn’t cold, the hot water in the bathroom didn’t work, and two kitchen lights were out. I reported these issues to the admin, but the response was very slow and nothing was fixed until check-out.
