The location was convenient for my friends conference. I also went with them to catch up with friends and to visit one of the other malls. The rooms were clean and mostly comfortable with fresh towels although I didn't want my room cleaned as we were only staying nights and I don't think it's necessary. Maybe ask the guests if they don't want their room cleaned every day.

We had asked for a quiet room but were disturbed late at night by the neighbouring room. Front desk was notified but no one came to speak to the guests. This is unacceptable. I also think that a refrigerator should be in each room as we needed a fridge for medications and food as I have a food intolerance and my friend's insulin needs to be kept in the fridge. Also when the key card is taken out of the slot all the power goes off which means so does the fridge. I think the fridge should be on a different circuit so that it can be left on for food and medication.

Good, modern accommodation. Well located, right next to a shopping mall - with plenty of restaurants. Room well appointed, nice bathroom. Good - ample breakfast. Free parking, although a bit difficult to figure out location.

All was well, I ended up extending for a night.
