Cleanless. Wifi. Staff behaviour

Tutto ineccepibile, un hotel in una ottima posizione a 10 min dalla città ma non incastrato nel traffico cittadino di Sarande. Cortesia e gentilezza degli host superba, sorrisi che hanno accompagnato la nostra visita dal nostro arrivo a quando ce ne siamo andati. La hall dispone oltre che di un bar anche di uno shop con il necessario. Camera moderna e bagno super di classe. Dovrebbero attrezzarsi solo per pagamenti con carta.

Hôtel très propre, chambres très spacieuses. Petit accident de voiture : on nous a gentiment aidé à accrocher notre plaque d’immatriculation qui tombait. Bref, super accueillant ! Je recommande !

The room was quite big and comfortable with a big balcony. Parking in the property available. The kitchen and fridge availability was a big plus.

Hot water was not always available, especially at peak hours. Soap, shampoo or even toilet paper was at times unavailable or not restocked unless we asked for it. We stayed there for 5 nights and the room was only cleaned once and that's after we asked for it.
