チェックイン時パネル入力は(高齢者の私には）ちょっと苦手意識がありますが スタッフのかたに親切丁寧に対応して頂きたいへん助かりました。
食堂のスタッフの方々も小さな子供(孫）にも親切な対応で喜んでいました。
スタッフ全員の心のこもった対応に感謝申し上げます。
今回は2Fの利用でしたが階段がもう少し利用し易いとよかったと思います。
