Showcasing strong natural lighting and inviting coastal decor the bright, two-story interior is furnished with all the comforts of home. Relax on the plush wraparound sofa after the day's adventures and stream your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV or head out to the private, fully enclosed backyard for happy hour cocktails. An upstairs living also offers sofa seating and another smart TV for flexible entertainment options. The island kitchen comes well-appointed for home-cooking with gorgeous counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.
For added convenience, all three bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. Primary guests will enjoy first-floor bedroom access complete with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. A second en suite bedroom is located upstairs along with the third guest bedroom and a third, shared bathroom. A shared, half-bath is located on the ground floor for household convenience.

This was my family's first time visiting the Delaware beaches for vacation and it was wonderful ! The home is perfectly suited for a multi-generational family trip. The proximity of grocery stores, the backyard grill, short walk to the community pool and open space concept at the home was perfect for our group (7 people, ages 12 - 72) !

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful home. The property was warm, inviting, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—and more—to ensure a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home throughout our visit. The location was ideal, just minutes from Ocean City and its many attractions. Additionally, the pool was clean, well-maintained, and provided a perfect space for relaxation. We will return next year.

We had a great stay at this Vacasa rental! The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, and all the neighbors we encountered were incredibly friendly. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the location is fantastic—close to a gas station, grocery stores, and just a short drive to popular spots like Ocean City and Bethany Beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to others and would happily stay again!

There is not enough discussion around the Delaware beaches + food + Freeman Arts Center; very nice place to vacation.
