Come vacation in this two-story Grand Estate vacation home with its own guest cottage overlooking the 18th green on Bayside's Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. This spacious and unique home - more than 4,000 square feet - features many extras, including its own separate guest cottage featuring a sofa bed for additional sleeping as well as a full-size pool table, a genuine MultiCade arcade game, a bar, and a 50-inch plasma TV - for all those sporting events where a smaller TV just won't do. There is also a full bathroom.
Outside there is a bricked terrace where you can hone your barbeque skills on a large gas grill. The main suite has its own private sitting room. There is a living area with a gas fireplace and 45-inch TV on the first level as well as an open den. You will fall in love with this large well-equipped kitchen, which includes a Keurig coffee machine, and an additional refrigerator in the garage to store those extra munchies for the kids or soft drinks and brews! This kitchen is set up for the most serious of cooks as well as something simple like throwing in a frozen pizza or two. The second floor features a spacious loft area that is set up as a second living room with a 25-inch TV. There are several TVs and many DVD players for all the TV fanatics to enjoy. Best of all is the beautiful decor! There are many custom aspects to this home that truly makes it unique. It is large but also warm and welcoming and features many custom finishing touches that you just don't find in many vacation rental properties. In-home amenities include central air-conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer.
Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, and nature trails with observation towers. The Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children's programming.

Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location. House has 5 bedrooms and an additional separate structure about the size of a 2 car garage that is set up as a game room with it's own full bath and a pull out couch. We hope Vacasa figures out how to put the garbage out so the guests don't have to load garbage bags on the hoods of their car and drive around looking for the dumpsters. And we're hoping the owner's decide to freshen the home up in terms of decor, appliances, lighting, etc. We hope to stay again.

The layout of this home is perfect for a large family. We keep coming back to to this home year after year because the layout is awesome for multi families. There are plenty of bathrooms and the guest house provides privacy when someone needs to chill alone! The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the pools and activities at Sunridge. The back porch is great for family game night. The front porch is beautiful for morning coffee and even catching a concert that is happening across the road. Also the view of the golf course is beautiful. Many updates from last year were very much appreciated. The kitchen has been well stocked this year with even a blender, new pans and food storage containers. Nice new kitchen dish towels too! The kitchen refrigerator has been repaired, new cushions on front and back porches were nice. The air conditioner was new and worked well. The upstairs air conditioner was a bit difficult to regulate. It was cold and we could not get the temperature controlled. There was not a vacuum cleaner in the home. We would have like to give the home a vacuum daily and had to resort to using just a broom. There are still a few updates that need to be done, in order to make this home comfortable. The most annoying thing is the living room furniture. It is not comfortable for a family to sit and watch a movie. The couch is dirty and worn. The rest of the furniture is hard and uncomfortable. Since there is not a family room, and the couch only comfortably seats 4 or 5 people, there is no indoor space for the family to gather. Besides the couch, the rest of the seating is hard and uncomfortable. The bed frame in the downstairs bedroom appears to be broken. The bed leans to the left side. Upstairs, all the mattresses, besides the master bedroom, need replaced. They sag and just are not comfortable. The most disturbing thing this year was the condition of the home when we arrived. I don’t believe it was cleaned at all. The beds were made but I am not even sure the sheets were changed. The downstairs bedroom did not even have towels in it. Every single bed had empty water bottles, receipts from shopping, clothing articles, etc all shoved under the beds. Hygiene items were left under beds, on the floors and bathroom counters. Clothing items were left in drawers and under beds. Dirty towels on the floor and dirty dishes were found in the guest house. A vase full of dead roses graced the dining room table. The garbage can was full and several bags of garbage placed on top of the full can. The garage was full of cardboard, none of which was broken down, just boxes thrown in the garage. The refrigerator in the garage was not cleaned as there were food and dairy items left in the refrigerator and freezer. It is clear this home was not cleaned. My family cleaned before we brought our items in. We did not wait for someone to come back and clean as we wanted to get settled and start our vacation. I called to report this and they did send a girl over. We had her clean the guest house as we had already cleaned the home. Vacasa did respond quickly and send someone over to clean. I was happy with their response . I just feel this should never have happened. The home did not even smell clean.
