For those occasional work commitments, a dedicated desk and workspace with a daybed are thoughtfully provided in the front room. Located just a 7-minute stroll to Ruth Hardy Park and a breezy 5-minute bike ride to Downtown Palm Springs, this retreat seamlessly combines serenity with accessibility.
POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am

A cute little house in a beautiful neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. Check in and out were clear and easy. The pool area is in great need of a resurfacing and several areas were cracked. The hot tub was fabulous! Overall a great experience.

The property was perfect for three of us! The check in process was easy, the home was clean, and the neighborhood was nice.

Spacious open layout.Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Private nicely landscaped front and back yards. Excellent pool and spa. Property manager was very responsive. Kitchen cabinets are in serious need of repair. Master bathroom shower sprays water over the entire floor since it has no shower curtain and the tub will not hold water. Cement decking around pool and spa needs replacement.
