Villa Relaxo is the perfect place to stretch out, unwind, and enjoy the Palm Springs Lifestyle.
Your private landscaped garden courtyard is fully-furnished for lounging and dining among citrus trees. Grill your meals on the natural gas BBQ Grill and enjoy a soak in your own small heated swimming pool and spa, then venture out to the beautifully landscaped community grounds where you will find 2 large heated pools and spas as well as a large grassy Dog Park for your furry family members.
This townhome features newly designed interior rooms that are both stylish and comfortable. Tierra Hermosa is a peaceful and intimate gated community near downtown Palm Springs, walking distance to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. While there are community pools and spas, Villa Relaxo has all the benefits typical of a single family home, with it's own private back patio courtyard and a cute, private heated salt-water pool and spa, attached 2 car garage and two generous floors of newly designed living space.
