About this house rental
Short drive to lake and Sports Complex/Amphitheater. Minutes from downtown shopping and restaurants. 1.8 miles to BOAT RAMP on Beautiful Lake Guntersville. 5.5 miles from new Albertville SPORTS COMPLEX & Amphitheater. It's perfect the perfect location. Townhouse is in a safe quiet residential area less than 5 minutes to the water and less than 10 to the complex. Parking for up to 3 vehicles, room for a boat and power hook ups. Back porch with grill and seating. Free WiFi. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably.
The space
This Airbnb is very clean and homey. Smart TVs in Living room and both bedrooms. Feel free to log into any of your streaming services on the tvs with the free wifi. All lamps throughout the house have usb plugs on their base to provide easier charging of smart devices. Both bedrooms have king size beds and the softest sheets and blankets along with large walk-in closets with plenty of hangers and vents to keep clothes smelling fresh. The couch has two recliners in it and we have an inflatable mattress that can be used in the living room, we store it in the master bedroom closet. Kitchen comes supplied with dishes, cups, cookware, pump hand soap, and dishwasher pods. Laundry room has washer and dryer and comes with washing pods and dryer sheets. Private back porch with bench, chair and grill. We supply complementary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and coffee for the Keurig. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood just off of the main strip.

Smoking and vaping is only permitted outside the house.
Absolutely no parties or events. If we get notified or suspect a party, your reservation will be cancelled, Airbnb will be notified and you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Please don’t let your pets outside without supervision
Be sure to have them potty in the grass area, not on the concrete or porch. Please, Bag up the poop and place it in the outdoor trash container by front porch. Please do not allow pets to sleep on the beds
If you must have your pet sleep with you, please bring your own bedspread for them to sleep on. This helps cut down on extra cleaning needed to get fur out of the bed spreads and sheets.

When booking this property, I was given an address that was different from what Kendall, the host, sent me over messages. After a long 9.5 hours, my family and I arrived later in the evening to the address the listing displayed. The neighbor of the unit next door informed us that someone was living in the one we pulled up to. After talking to Kendall on the phone, we were told that we were at the wrong unit. Once we went to the correct unit, the code to get in would not work so I had to call Kendall to get the correct code. Kendall was very nice and responsive, it was just an inconvenience for my family and I to not be able to get in right away. Upon entering, I realized that the unit was a completely different unit than what was pictured. Very similar set up, but it was definitely not the unit I had booked. The unit was mostly clean, except for the master bedroom shower curtain and my toddler had dropped his binky under one of the beds and we noticed it was very dirty with a couple small objects under there. Prior to making the trip, I had mentioned to Kendall that I would need the air mattress for my son, along with sheets for it. We tried blowing it up and realized there was a big hole in it, which I did end up telling Kendall about and he was very apologetic for it. Overall, the unit was decent and the host was very friendly, I just am still confused by the different addresses/units and wish we had gotten to use the mattress, as it made for a rough night with the toddler.

Off the beaten path...but close to where we wanted to be. A little hard to find. Improvements/repairs could be made. Holes in wall, better detail painting. Maybe we're just big city people. For the price a premium cable channel should be included. Our stay was comfortable, quiet. Also, you have people living there in a VRBO????
