The house was clean, the pool area was nice and relaxing and had great places to sit and relax plus a few lounge chairs. We like to grill as well and there is a good one down near the pool. 2 large king beds upstairs and a queen on the main floor. Location was 1/4 mile to gnats landing/southern soul bbq off frederica. Easy to get to everything.

We were so rested after our stay. We love this home and the closeness to all things St Simons. Chris is the best host ever that I have booked with thru VRBO. Will book again and again.

Place was amazing- Decor so beachy! Having private pool to soak in beyond words. Chris had quick little helpful welcome videos that were so helpful. Chris available and checked in for any needs.
