Located in the Vieux Port residence in Erquy, this fully renovated duplex apartment accommodates up to 5 guests facing the beach and close to the harbour. The town centre and shops are approximately 800 metres away. A crêperie and shops are also available on the ground floor of the building.
Set on the 3rd and top floor of an older building without a lift, the property is particularly well suited to a seaside holiday with family or friends. Its south-facing exposure brings plenty of natural light into the living area throughout the day.
The main living space combines a lounge with television and a dining area. A French window opens onto the balcony facing the beach, creating a pleasant extension of the apartment for fresh air, sea views and relaxed evenings above the coastline.
The compact equipped kitchen makes everyday meals easy to prepare. It includes a 4-ring gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 bedroom with double bed for 2 guests and beach view
- 1 mezzanine bedroom above the living room with 1 double bed for 2 guests
- 2 single beds for 1 guest each in the mezzanine bedroom
The property offers more beds than its authorised capacity: the stay remains limited to a maximum of 5 guests.
The shower room includes a shower, washbasin and toilet.
Private and secure parking makes arrivals and daily travel easier during the stay.
