The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator access and is equipped with an iron, TV (including French and Spanish channels), and a washing machine. The separate kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher.
