This apartment would be the one located on the first floor without a lift. It has a terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun with views of the swimming pool, a living-dining room with TV and direct access to the terrace. Kitchen with all cooking utensils included cutlery, frying pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and washing machine. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x190cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x180cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (80x180cm) and 1 refurbished bathroom with shower.



Located in a very quiet area with a shared swimming pool (open from May onwards) for the 3 apartments.



Bookings are not accepted for young people under 35 years of age.



Pets accepted only upon prior request and with additional cost.



Check-in and check-out



Check-in and check-out will be carried out at our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (€7/adults) which is mandatory compliance required by the Catalan Government.



Conditions for groups



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 75 euros/person in cash must be paid at the agency, which will be returned one week after departure via bank transfer. The celebration as well as making noise after 21:00 is strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the customer must vacate the property with no right to any refund whatsoever.
