Beautiful and modern brand-new 2-bedroom apartment with a parking space located in the center of Marbella, accommodating up to 4 people and offering partial ocean views, a 4-minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and Old Town. The apartment is on the 4th floor (accessible by elevator) and features a very well-equipped kitchen. This compact apartment has everything you need for a holiday rental. It is very well equipped, nicely furnished and has 2 bathrooms as well as a lovely sunny terrace.
The location is 20 minutes walk from Marbella centre so car hire is only necessary if you want to explore further afield.
