About this house rental
Enjoy adventure and tranquility at the Anápolis Country Club condominium!
Just 10 minutes from the village of Secretário, where you'll find fine restaurants and bars, as well as the famous Secretário Waterfall
Itaipava is also very close!
A gastronomic hub with many fine restaurants and nightclubs - famous for being a favorite area among celebrities.
Looking for adrenaline? There are trails all around and you can find bike, ATV, and horse rentals throughout the region!

If you want more tranquility, the house is equipped with great spaces for movie nights, barbecues, or just relaxing in a hammock.
If you're looking for adventure, here you'll find mountain bike trails, ATV tours, and also the famous Secretário Waterfall!

Home:
The house has 12 cozy rooms with 2 large living rooms, plus a very charming balcony!
One of the rooms has a 52" TV with Netflix and YouTube. The other room has a panoramic view of the building and is everyone's favorite place to hang out and chat.
The balcony is perfect for a small get-together with friends, and it comes equipped with everything you need to serve a great barbecue. If you prefer something calmer and more peaceful, the balcony also has a hammock – just lie down and relax!
Condominium:
The gated community has several very peaceful streets perfect for strolling – whether on foot, by bicycle, or on horseback – surrounded by lush greenery that pervades the entire area.
There is a large lake with
A small island in the center of the lake that's great for picnics and even camping!
Near the lake there's another really cool spot for picnics and for kids to play – there's a swing made from a tire and the children love it!
There are also two soccer fields – one large and one small – as well as a tennis court (cement) and a volleyball court (grass). The fields and courts are reserved for club members, but a friendly chat with the regulars might get you a spot in the pickup games that take place regularly.

A variety of bars: from casual pubs to bars with craft beer and a wide selection of wines.
Vale do Ouro, Instituto, Villa Gourmet, Garimpo, Maritsa Pizzaria, and Paiol da Praça are some of the highlights of the region.

Must-stop places: Villa Gourmet and also the Italian kitchen at the Valleju Supermarket.

There are various trails for mountain biking, ATV riding, and horseback riding - ranging from leisurely rides to advanced trails.
Mountain Bike: There's a specialized shop located in the center of Secretário (Instagram: @3shopbr). There you can find everything from basic to high-end. If you don't have your own bike, relax! The shop rents bikes for first-time enthusiasts!

There's a shop that rents ATVs (Instagram: @quadriexplorer). The tours are done in small groups and guided by an expert in the region!
Some routes offer calmer excursions, while others are more adventurous.
