About this house rental
The house is located in the Corrêas neighborhood of Petrópolis, in a RESIDENTIAL AREA AWAY from the center of the neighborhood. It’s about a 30-minute drive from downtown Petrópolis and a 20-minute drive from the Bingen Bus Station in Petrópolis.
The house is on a lot SHARED WITH OUR COTTAGE, which we also rent SEPARATELY through Airbnb. Access to the cottage is via stairs, as shown in the photo.
We absolutely love this place, so we hope you enjoy your stay here—we’ve prepared everything with great care to welcome you. Your pet is welcome in our home (maximum of 2 small pets). Enjoy!
Our property covers m² and consists of:
Main house with 200 m², comprising:
-spacious living room;
-dining room;
- a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, plates, pots, pans, and some other utensils;
-3 bedrooms: the first with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, the second with 2 double beds, and the third, which is the suite, with 1 double bed;
-spacious bathroom;
-laundry area with sink and clothesline;
-outdoor balcony
Outdoor area, consisting of:
-flat grassy area in front of and next to the main house;
-sloped area (with limited access);
-access staircase to the cottage;
-access ramp for cars (parking is available in the garden for ONLY 1 car per house)
-gourmet area (UNDER CONSTRUCTION)
Cottage (RENTED SEPARATELY)
NOTES
-Our property is FENCED with barbed wire and a hedge;
-Access to the house on foot is via a staircase, and by car via a ramp (we DO NOT recommend this access for LOW-CLEARANCE vehicles).
