About this apartment rental

Enjoy easy access to Tuggeranong Town Centre from this centrally located apartment. Double the size of most other 1 bedroom apartments in the area. Directly opposite South Point shopping complex. A short stroll to Tuggeranong bus interchange, adjacent to CIT, and walking distance to government offices including Services Australia.

The apartment features:
One full sized bedroom with a queen bed, side tables and ample hanging and shelf space.
The ensuite has a large shower plus toilet and vanity. A washer, dryer and a stainless steel laundry tub is also included.
A large balcony / terrace which offers plenty of space for outdoor eating and relaxing
A full sized kitchen with fridge, oven, hotplates and range hood, and pots and pans for cooking. The kitchen also includes a toaster, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker.
A meals / family area with a table, sofa bed, tv and coffee table.

Guest access is via the automatic sliding doors on the street level on Anketell street. There is an elevator to take guests to the apartment located on the second floor. After hours access currently requires a key. We are currently in the process of making both the main entry and the apartment keyless

This apartment is located in the heart of the Tuggeranong Town Centre, directly opposite Southpoint (formerly Tuggeranong Hyperdome). Numerous coffee shops and places to eat align the streets as you walk out the front doors.

Although there is an abundance of shopping and dining within a few paces of our doors, it is just a short stroll to the Tuggeranong bus interchange, where express busses leave at 10 minute intervals to the other major town centers in the Canberra region.

There is free parking on site in the service area on nights and weekends. Daytime paid public parking is available. We do have a limited number of single car lock up garages available. Longer stay guests are given priority on the garages.

The property was outstanding. I had a modern, fully self contained, up market flat to myself. Amazingly high value at under $200. It is exactly opposite and an easy thirty second walk across a pedestrian crossing to the Tuggeranong shopping complex. Highly recommend.
