Spacious 2-Bed Conveniently by Lake Tuggeranong

Location is great. Apartment is clean, comfy beds, with a good choice of pillows

There was no wifi, no electric blankets and the heating is not awesome ( it wasn’t terrible, but for Canberra winters more is needed) We would recommend the apartments provide better signing for the elevators, as this took us some time to find, and details about rubbish disposal, as this also took some time to work out.

- Close to shops - Air conditioner going when we arrived, so apartment was lovely and warm - Carpark underneath building - Clean - Great to have vaccum cleaner to vaccum - Fob did not work to open the door to garbage area - Great walkin pantry

- No Wifi - Shower leaked onto the main bathroom area - No kitchen or laundry sink plugs - Second bedroom window sill was wet from condensation - No information booklet about the property. - Garbage bag liners were to small. - No air conditioner in the bedrooms and they got cold during the night.

Very close to the mall so shopping was convenient. Very clean and quiet. Easy to check in and pick up keys when arriving.

No wifi which meant I had to use mobile data’s for the whole trip which wasn’t ideal for nights and watching streaming sites.

Location was great - close to shops, restaurants and parks. The apartment was spacey enough. Rooms were a good size and bathrooms were a good size. Living area was adequate for 3 people.

Room was not ready for our check in time. Had to wait another 25 minutes. The balcony sits over a bus stop where buses constantly were parked with their motors running. We had an issue with another car parked in our carpark spot, and the only alternate suggested was for us to park on the street, which we said we did not want to do with a rental and coming home late at night with children, and although we were offered another temporary park, this park then became taken and no further alternate solution was offered. We ended up parking in a third carpark spot (as there were a few we could see not being used). Spent a lot of our time emailing the host about this problem and disappointed with being told to park on the street. Though this was an unforeseen problem, there should be back up plans in place. We chose to stay at this place because we had a secure carpark.
