No need for breakfast for me since I was attending training. Good facilities and friendly staff

Nothing i disliked

The staff was friendly

They were not prepared for my arrival,I had to wait a few minutes before my room was ready,and the room was not totally clean the bedside table was full of dust and I'm allergic to dust,but luckily I always cc arry and antihistamine.

We didn't eat at the premises

If you can clean please clean the showers ,the floors were so dirty,we had to wear our flip-flops to shower.

The accessibility, the secure parking, the very cold fridge, the comfortable bed, hot shower, lovely welcome from Lisa. W e slept very well.

Booking.com didn't tell me that I would have to pay R30 to pay by card. So I had to go and draw at an ATM. The "views" advertised on the website can't really be seen from the room because the only windows are in the kitchenette and bathroom. The crockery provided had no cereal bowls. It was extremely minimalist - which - again was not the impression given on the website. The bathroom towel rail was broken and so was the window catch in the kitchen so the window had to be propped open. The website promises a balcony - so that perhaps one can be briefly outside, but I never found one. The room has a kitchenette but no dishwashing liquid or dish towel or dirt basket, so it was nearly useless. Had we not left before we ate breakfast I would have been irritated.
