We really enjoyed our holiday, it was very relaxing.The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The outside space was large and sunny throughout the day and generally quiet. All the electrical item were relatively new and in good working order, the aircon worked really well. The resort was clean and well kept and there were multiple swimming pools within 5 minutes walk and the closest was within a minute. Shops and restaurants were on site and there were a good variety of restaurants within comfortable walking distance. The beach was a 10 minute walk.

We had asked to check in early both via Booking.com and direct and our booking was changed to between 2 and 3. I received a WhatsApp message the day before we arrived that said check in was 4pm. I queried this and was told that they would check with the cleaners and confirm. They did not come back to me and when we arrived there was no access, I sent the host a message to say we had arrived and they said we could not access because the cleaners had not finished. The cleaners arrived at 3.50 to 'make the beds' although they did not arrive with any bedding or leave with any, we were let in at 4pm. The bedding in the second bedroom looked like it had been used since the 1970's. There were only 5 threadbare towels to last three of us for two weeks so we had to go to the supermarket in town to buy some extras. The smoke detector had been removed and not replaced. The bathroom had broken tiles and old items that could just be removed. The resort bars all closed at 10pm.

the heating system in living / dining room could have been more efficient. Overall experience was very good

Location was very good

Loungers weren't clean. The keylock didn't work most of the time was left standing outside 45 minutes to 15 minutes of different times. Very disappointed
