    Everything is ok near shopping center and eatery. The only things is that room is so small.

    Had another great stay at this hotel. I have stayed here several times, and the experience has always been pleasant. Nothing to complain about—the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room has good amenities with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would be happy to stay here again.

    My stay at Tour Inn was fantastic. The only issue I would like to mention is regarding the airport transfer. While booking the hotel through Agoda, it clearly stated that round-trip transfer was included, and the hotel also confirmed this on the day of booking. However, when I contacted the hotel a day before my arrival, they informed me that the round-trip transfer was not included because the booking had come through OTA/Trip.com. This was unacceptable, as I had booked directly through Agoda based on the inclusions mentioned there. As a result, I had to pay extra for my round-trip transfer to and from the hotel.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the staff was really helpful, assisting us to book tickets for the ferry ride.
