位置非常好，就在新马克立核心位置的海景公寓。离海边非常近，可以直接看海景，步行1-2分钟就到海边，景色好，周围餐厅超市购物都方便。厨房餐具等设备非常齐全，这点非常棒！床柔软舒服，也很不错。很温馨。我们离开时，也打扫干净了。
入住找房子有点迷惑，花了点时间。房主有发邮件。 ，但最好邮件有指引配套的照片和路径提示。其实熟悉了，很好找，也不算麻烦。还有洗衣机不知道是不是上个住客的原因，比较脏，我们没有用。除了这两点都很棒！

Η θέση του καταλύματος είχαμε τα πάντα σε απόσταση αναπνοής, άνετα δωμάτια , μεγάλη τηλεόραση, ωραία βεράντα με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα!Καλη επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε!Ιδιωτικο πάρκιν!
Το μπάνιο χρειάζεται γενική ανακαίνιση. Εχει παλιά και φθαρμένα έπιπλα κτλ Και χρειάζεται λίγο πιο πολύ επιμέλεια στο καθάρισμα του εξοπλισμού της κουζίνας. Βρήκαμε αρκετά πιάτα , ποτήρια και κατσαρόλες βρώμικες που αναγκαστικά τα ξανά πλύναμε .Επισης ίσως ένα πλυντήριο πιάτων θα έδινε μια καλή αναβάθμιση στην κουζίνα.
