Beautiful, clean apartment, equipped with everything you need for a couple of days. It is situated within walking distance from the city centre and the water park.
Good communication in both English and German and the owner is very friendly. I received videos of the place (the building, the parking place etc) making it a lot easier to find everything we needed.
The lights in the underground garage go off extremely fast. In the evening it is pitch dark. There are a lot of pipes where you can hit your head so be sure to have your phone with the flashlight close. Moreover, the parking place is rather narrow; puting a small child into the car seat might be a little bit difficult.
Despite all that it is a very good parking place.

The location is good, with private parking.
It could be a bit more clean. The bathroom door was falling off, bathroom water tap is dripping
