Great location with lots to do locally Loved our stay.
The location is brilliant. Plenty of bathrooms for groups. Loved the covered balcony for a cuppa in the morning. Loads to do from the door.

We liked the overall experience of the stay with neat ,clean and comfortable facilities provided
All facilities and utilities things were of good quality, neat and clean.
Not happy with limited hours of heating available in rooms, and could not set the temperature to comfort level, it was cold for us... Also, just to bring to your notice, there was no lock in one of the bedroom washroom door and an extractor fan was not working properly...I thought to bring this to notice so that it is not assumed that we have misused or caused this to happen..it was discovered when we started to use the facility. The vacuum cleaner/ hoover smelt very bad when we used it.

A Serene Haven in Glenridding
The spaciousness. Comfortable and Cozy bedrooms. Spacious bathrooms and relaxing ambience. Beautiful back garden, nice views. The property is a wonderfully located on the way to Helvellyn via YHA route. The views from the 2nd floor bedroom and it's balcony were fabulous and relaxing. Very close to Ullswater lake and ferry boarding points.
Nothing really to think of, except the accommodation was too cozy to discourage my friends from climbing Helvellyn. Honestly, there is not much to dislike in the property except that the garbage disposal was complicated as we had segregated wet from dry and recyclables from non-recyclables but could not find the right bins.

Super place, quiet and comfy. Loved watching all the birds on the garden.
Excellent location, spacious house. Easily got two large cars on the drive. Pubs and lake just a short stroll away.
Gate was jammed shut, I had to fiddle with the rusted locking mechanism and I trapped the skin on my finger. Ouch!

The cottage was clean and very comfortable with a lovely view from the back garden. The location is great for walks, shops, pubs and bus stop. Will be visiting again.

Exceptional
Comfortable warm cottage with a well equipped kitchen and off road parking. The master bedroom has a beautiful balcony and the area is quiet and serene.
Glenridding itself is pretty shut down in january but we still had enjoyable nights in the local pub and hotel.
