Great base to explore Dawlish and the surrounding area
Great location, great price, easy to find, clearly labelled parking space and comfortable living space. You can walk to Dawlish Warren and Teignmouth, then get the train back.
The mattresses are in bad shape, especially the 3rd bedroom. I suspect they have been used by heavier people, so my son found the springs were digging into him.

We had a lovely time ,town house is a perfect base to explore Dawlish .
Location was excellent for getting around Dawlish . Easy to walk to beach and shops .
Stairs in the property are narrow and handrail a bit scary . It was fine for our party but would be a worry for elderly or less mobile . But ,I have to say that we we adequate warning about it before hand . I’m 67 and other members in my party were younger . I wouldn’t want to be carrying a baby or small child up and down though . I think it’s an old charming cottage and it’s been very thoughtfully and tastefully modernised and as long as you are aware of the stairs it’s fine

Lovely stay in one of our favourite Devon resorts.
The location is in the Old Town and the house is cosy with a lot of character. The modernisation has been done well, retaining the charm of the house. Parking access is good, with a short walk to the town.
The television was small for the size of the room and could do with updating to a newer, larger model. The wooden dining chairs were uncomfortable and needed seat padding.

this was our third stay there was a slight problem when we arrived as i had t been sent the correct key code apparently
home from home everything you need with a perfect location
our only one fault is we find it very cold the heating seems to go off very early in the morning and in the evening especially in the main living area downstairs we had to bring throws down from upstairs as it was uncomfortable

Excellent location in easy reach of town centre but far enough away to be quiet. Designated off street parking, very clean and well appointed. Great room arrangement suited us well.

comfortable and clean. Great location for local events. Stylish and well maintained. Thoughtful hosts.
Needs hand towels, instructions on how to set up the TV and a have a freezer. But those were the only issues.
