Loved the facilities. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfy sofa. Beds were very comfortable apart from single bed. Lovely shower always hot water.
Single bed was very uncomfortable. Floor downstairs needs a good mop, I would have mopped it had there of been a mop and bucket.

Fabulous cottage, tucked away in the old town of Dawlish but an easy walk to the local shops and town centre. Cottage was very clean and stocked with everything you could need.
The mattress on the double bed on the first floor was a little uncomfortable but the top bedroom was perfect.
