Location
Accommodation
Hot tub
Local small shop
Owner answered phone promptly
Excellent week away providing rest and respite
Bed could have been firmer
Large single sofa took up space and had poor support
Shower could have been more powerful
A few more glasses
A washing up bowl would have enabled the hot water to be used more efficiently
The recommended route followed sat nav guidance and was not the best way as very narrow

Very comfy accommodation, loved the hot tub and made full use of it! Fairly well equipped kitchen and lovely bed linen. Nice to have an allocated parking space. A short drive from Hebden Bridge and a lovely location with amazing views.
It would have been nice to have a few tea bags and some sugar in the tins provided just to start us off. Appreciated the dishwasher tablets but perhaps some laundry pods as we had forgotten these and washing our swimming costumes would have been good. Bottom of the shower is a little slippy.

parking at door, quiet, walk to hotel for meals and drink, hourly bus service to Hebden Bridge and station. Ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Had to kneel down to see in the mirror to have a shave.

This is our second stay in this property.
It has all the facilities needed, kitchen, washer, dryer, excellent shower and comfortable bed.
It also has a jacuzzi outside if you so desire.
35min walk into Hebden Bridge or the 595 bus takes you there in 12 minutes.
There is a cafe and small general store 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The Hare and Hounds pub is 15 min walk and the Robin Hood Inn (superb roast dinner) 25 min walk.

Cosy, well laid out , very comfortable, Jacuzzi was a special treat, lovely and hot. Lovely countryside around.
A little walk up the hill from Hebden Bridge but there were buses and taxis available.

Location, layout, off road parking, transport link ( bus stop 2 minutes away) comfortable bed and equipment provided. It was very quiet. It was rather small, but well laid out, with a good use of the limited space.
Television had no sound, or terrestial channels. A connection from the tv to a unit beneath cut out the sound and had to be disconnected. Also the aerial signal booster was switched off in the bedroom stopping any channels from working. Both these things took a while to figure out as there was no information pack that we could find. The two velux windows showed damp and were difficult to open
The front door had to be forced at the bottom as it caught the skirting board. The freezer door knob came off when you pulled it and you had to open it by grabbing the bottom. There is no extractor fan in the bathroom. Minor things, but should have been cured as winter will only make them worse.

A lovely property located in a small village to the north of Hebden Bridge, had all of the amenities and a hot tub - perfect for unwinding after a hard day at work. A big comfy bed!

Cosy cottage in lovely location. Comfortable and warm. Hot tub was a great feature, even in damp weather
Needs more kitchen basics eg the only drinking glasses were for wine apart from a single pint glass. Dishwasher tabs would also be appreciated. Frying pan rather old (I tightened handle, but it's rather scratched). No major issues at all but we'd expect a bit better for the price of the rental. Both front and rear doors were very hard work to open (swollen woodwork). Toilet seat loose, also, and both Velux windows rather aged but functional. But none of the above would put us off staying again!

It was in a good location for visiting the area.
Parking was off road
It was a good size for two people
The shower was hot and powerful & appliances worked well.
The main door was difficult to open due to damp making it stick. We didn’t open the back patio doors as they were jammed & we were nervous of breaking them. The windows had black mould, and we couldn’t open the windows in the bedroom or bathroom (not sure if they didn’t actually open or were jammed) so had no ventilation meaning it was very damp from condensation. There was no extractor fan. We could have done with a couple of smaller saucepans. The landing light didn’t work.

Good location nice views, very comfortable bed
Hot tub very nice, but busy weekend so only went in once, seemed a bit of a waste being on all the time! But then I know nothing about hot tubs,
2 of the 4 mugs were chipped and 1 dish chipped, very basic crockery bit shabby and scratched, shame for little cost they could have replaced it and it would have made a much better impression.
We had difficulty getting in and out of the parking space as other cars were parked right opposite the entrance.

Our stay was fantastic. Had everything we needed/expected & then some. Great value for money with the hot tub included also. Modern decor but with the old cottagey feeling inside maintained. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will return in the future.
Some could argue it is a bit small but it was spacious enough for the two of us and we knew what to expect.

Location was excellent, walkable in the light into Hedden Bridge, difficult walk back as very steep hill climb. Cottage was very cosy, good size for a couple, very comfy bed and pillows, extremely quiet location, beautiful views. Would be even nicer in summer as can sit outside in small gardened area, very private and one space on drive for parking.
If I was being picky then shower could of been better but ample for a few days stay. A few complimentary toilertries would of been nice.
