Great stay near Overasselt.

The room was very clean, comfy bed, good shower, with a great selection of coffee and teas. Nice seating areas outside and a lovely selection of drinks and snacks were available to purchase in the dining room area. We enjoyed a couple of hours outside relaxing on the sun loungers with a beer, after a hot tub! This was great after a day riding up through Germany. Plus we could park our motorbike in the bike storage building. The breakfast was great with everything freshly cooked and very tasty. It's a pleasant 20-25 min walk into Overasselt where there is a lovely restaurant "De Zon".

Great attention to detail in the room and very comfortable. Just superb breakfast. Delightful hosts. Top tip: walk to 'De Zong' restaurant for evening meal - great quality, choice and reasonable price.

Genuinely lovely stop over that made me and my motorbike feel safe, comfortable and relaxed.

There is nothing not to like. The hosts did all they could to meet my requirements. Good sense of humour as well and a lovely dog 🐕:-)

Amazing breakfast, welcoming host, slept well in a quiet location

This is a rural B&B with hosts who made you feel very welcome. The room is opposite the main house and is in a block of 3/4, each one separated by privacy fencing with table and chairs for relaxing outside. The room is a nice size with a coffee machine and kettle, tea and coffee are provided. The bathroom looks fairly new and modern and the shower was nice and large walk in one. In a separate building is a dining area for breakfast, but also a fridge stocked with different alcoholic and soft drinks, snacks, chocolate which you can buy, which was very useful to us, also games, cards to use. The breakfast was outstanding, the best we had in our 6 week motorbike tour. So fresh and varied. Coffee is great too. We enjoyed our overnight stay. It appeared popular with cyclists. For us it was within driving distance of the Ijmuiden ferry to Newcastle. You need transport to get to restaurants or be prepared for a 25 min walk. Lovely collie dog to interact with, who loves a Pat.

An observation would be to update the duvet covers, they were a bit dated, newer ones would make a better first impression when entering the room.

The host and hostess were warm friendly people, and provided many thoughtful touches.

Breakfast was excellent, beautifully fresh and hot fried egg served with ham on toast, warm rolls and croissants, homemade yoghurt, cheese and cooked meats, and spice cake, all served precisely at the time we had asked for, in the dining room adjoining our bedroom.

The weather had suddenly turned cold and we had no access to any form of heating, as the central heating had not yet been programmed to come on. So though the other facilities were excellent, we could not fully relax as we were cold.

I felt like I was home..Very helpful and kind hosts Anita and Theo.... Fantastic breakfast served every day 👌.I mean it . Pet friendly place ..Goats,cows,dog and cats around.. Comfortable bed, internet and everything anyone could want is in the room.. Espresso machine with plenty of capsules, kettle and various tea and Sauna.... Definitely we will come again..

Prima ontbijt, aardige mensen, maar wel wat prijzig.

Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en lekker.

Ik had zelf niet goed gelezen maar was in de veronderstelling dat er iets van welness was; een sauna of hottube. Dit bleek een leeg zwembadverbod zijn. Verder vond ik prijs-kwaliteit - verhouding niet kloppen. Bij deze prijs had ik een wat luxere inrichting verwacht.

Bestes B& B in dem wir jemals waren, absolut hervorragend!

Von der 1. Minute an ein rundum außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt. Tolle, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Zimmer, in denen es an nichts fehlte, bequeme, hohe Betten, Tisch mit Stühlen, Sessel mit Couchtisch, Kaffeemaschine, Tee, Süßes, top Badezimmer....Sehr gute Größe auch für mobilitätseingeschränkte Menschen mit Rollator. Alles super sauber und sogar unser Hund wurde mit Spielzeug und Leckerli begrüßt. Außerordentlich nette und herzliche Gastgeber, die jederzeit ansprechbar waren. Lieber Haushund und viele Katzen, alles eingezäunt!!! Sehr nachhaltige, gute Idee der Vorbestellung für Frühstück und Abendessen. Frühstück und Abendessen waren bombastisch. alles frisch und hausgemacht bis ins Detail. Kein unnötiger Müll, alles in Gläschen oder Flaschen, vom Saft über Milch bis zu den hervorragenden Brötchen, Poffertjes oder Müsli. Man könnte hier noch vieles aufzählen. Abendessen ebenso erstklassig. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Een top weekend gehad op een top locatie

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Anita en Theo en kregen uitleg over alle kamers.(met een vriendengroep hadden we alle 4 de kamers gereserveerd). Alle kamers ruim, heerlijke bedden, ruime douche of badkamer. Top verzorgd en schoon. De eerste avond hebben we gebruik gemaakt van de mogelijkheid om te dineren op de locatie. Dit overtrof onze verwachtingen super diner gehad met nog een persoonlijk tintje aangegeven door hen. Ook het ontbijt in de ochtend was super, echt aan alles is gedacht. Super weekend gehad.

Er viel niets tegen, alles was super geregeld.

Een B&B waar aan alles is gedacht. Van slippers; badjassen voor de jacuzzi tot een heerlijk ontbijt. De luxe om voor je ontbijt zelf aan te vinken waar je behoefte aan hebt zodat er niets weggegooid hoeft te worden. Een kamer met alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en netjes. Je kunt hier heerlijk tot rust komen. Er is een gemeenschappelijke ruimte waar je kunt ontbijten; krant kunt lezen of spelletje kunt doen. De kamers zelf zijn ook erg ruim en kun je heerlijk zitten. Er is een zwembad en een jacuzzi; je fiets kun je opladen kortom aan alles is gedacht.

Werkelijk een geweldig adres.. Gezellige kamer met airco en perfecte badkamer. Fijne zithoeken buiten en ruime tuinkamer met koffie, kranten. Fantastisch ontbijt en bovendien heerlijk 3 gangen diner en drankjes etc. tegen eerlijke prijs. Lieve gastvrije hardwerkende familie. Extra faciliteiten voor de e bike. Jeu de boulesbaan, zwembad en hot tub ter vrije beschikking. Mooie fiets- en wandel omgeving. Wij komen heel graag terug....Hier ben je een gast zoals je dat overal zou willen zijn....Dank jullie wel en lieve groetjes
