Would not stay there again, based on my horrible check-in experience and owner lied about key code!

Location of the house is convenient and quiet. Parking spaces on the property. House was clean.

Homeowner did not provide the code to the key box in advance of my arrival. I thought that booking.com/Sykes had sent the code (PIN:4500) in the email. However the PIN was not the code. I was unable to enter the home on Sunday night (Sep 21st) when I arrived. I called booking.com, Sykes and another phone number on the booking details on Monday morning. The owner called me back on Monday morning and gave me the code. The owner lied to Sykes and said she'd tried to contact me several times before my arrival and got through to me on Sunday (21/9). There are NO missed calls from the owner or any European phone number prior to my arrival and definitely not on Sunday. I can produce my phone records from my phone carrier, if needed. There is no information binder on how to use items in the house (e.g., thermostat, microwave, washing machine). An information binder is standard when renting through AirBnB, VRBO etc. and very helpful. Water pressure in the shower is very weak. My request to check in 1 HOUR early was denied, and the house was not booked for several days prior to my booking. Sad!
