We loved the area. Nice and quiet. The parking was easy for 2 cars and could probably fit 4. The kids loved playing outside. There were 2 big mounds of snow which were made into snow ramps before we got there and the kids spent hours playing on them with the sledges. We loved the large living room space, lovely big windows. Plenty of space for everyone to sit down and the kids had space to play and run about. The time of year we went (March) the roads were clear and driving to the ski resort was easy but if you didn't fancy this the bus stop is just round the corner. There was plenty of equipment in the kitchen and the cooker was easy to use. However there is no freezer so just be aware of this when shopping. The house was always nice and warm and we had plenty of hot water.

Collecting the keys was easy however finding the correct property was a little tricky as the property had no house number so we were a little nervous about approaching the wrong property. We were a little disappointed that the beds weren't made up for us on arrival and the 2 double beds only had single bedding. This was a little strange as the mattress was a double and the mattress sheet didn't fit but we made it work. Also on arrival the smoke alarms were beeping to indicate low battery. We bought new batteries and that was resolved but I would have hoped this would have been sorted before we arrived. The blinds in the bedrooms weren't great and didn't block much light out. We arrived in late March so the mornings were bright and this was a little disappointing. If you were coming here in the summer this could be a problem. Also the instructions to work the fire weren't very helpful. The welcome manual was a little generic and didn't give specific instructions for that villa. Better instructions for the fire would have been reassuring as we had to guess how its worked. Once we got it going it was a lovely fire.

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus mit guter Lage nahe zu Levie. Super ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten und tolle Sauna. Gute Einfache Annahme- Abgabe.

Haus eher kühl, lange Zeit bis Haus mit Kamin schön warm wurde.

zentrale Lage (nur 10 min nach Levi), sehr gute Küchenausstattung, hoher Komfort

dauert lange bis sie richtig warm wird, evtl. 1 Badetuch mehr zum Saunieren, wir hatten am 2. Tag ein Problem mit dem Kamin - gute telefonische Auskunft - es wollte jedoch kein Mitarbeiter/Besitzer vorbei kommen, um uns zu helfen
