Sydney is a paradise and this place pits you right in the middle of it in a way that a middle income person or couple can afford. I want to live here. Move over Airbnb, because this is real service for the people. Curbside handoff of keys, their app with all the instructions you need, modern furnishings with a decent full kitchen that has a gas range. We cooked multiple times, sourcing in the local fish market and shops. I want to go back, now.
Bed was a bit hard for us, but so are most beds in these sorts of accomodations. The "European" bakery downstairs smells up the elevator sometimes. It would have been good to have some more information about trash disposal, including color coding on the bins. I know it should be obvious but we do things differently.
