Our 4 nights stay was simply spot-on , in a really safe gated brand new neighborhood we couldn't ask for anything better , as we've had a very nice penthouse with all we needed ( 2 bathrooms too ) a swimming pool , a private hot tub , and a beautiful artificial lake only few steps away from the penthouse ,a parking spot , very quite and relaxing environment , even with all the work/workers that's still going on through the Resort . We Would definitely come back . Thank you Bart

Apartment layout was good and the patios were excellent. Well appointed and adequate.
Good location for driving with access to motorways both to Cartagena and Murcia. Resort will be nice when fully completed.
Cleanliness on arrival was poor and affected our ability to be comfortable. Apartment itself was good, an iron should be added to the inventory list. Some of the towels and shower kit was stained. More specifically, the cutlery was marked and totally unclean. My recommendation is that the number one priority to focus on is the quality of the cleaning - for such a beautiful apartment structually, such inadequacy is disappointing.
