Complimentary Cabana Beach Chair Service is provided from 3/15 - 10/31. Includes two lounge chairs and one umbrella at the beach from 9am - 5pm daily.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We have stayed in this condo and room for years. Last yt it was some what ran down not as nice. But this yr looked like someone had to good of a time. The owner. Needs to update the chairs in living room . The kitchen needs more pots pans the knifes where broke off. Last yt we didn't have pot holders just 2 rubber ones this is stuff that's not that costly. We thing we will try nother room or just nother condo all together next year. What what u pay u want a stress free week and it wasn't that. But we did have a good time and love PCB. Vacasa isn't responsible for the condition of the furniture and lack of goods for the week if you want to cook and stay in. Our room just needs some TLC. Thanks
