Our family stayed at Sunrise Beach for a shorter fall break getaway and loved it all. Even though there was some construction/ maintenance going on during our stay, we barely noticed. Wonderful views from the higher floors, great pools, and amazing service for beach chairs and umbrellas. We'll for sure be visiting again.

Overall we really enjoyed our family vacation. The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. The only things I would suggest is more dish clothes and hand towels for the kitchen. The condo was very clean, but the cleaner they used had a very strong aroma and it took a good 24 hrs for the smell to clear out.

The guest bedroom was missing vent return and was taoed up. This room and the bunkbed bedroom was too hot. When we arrived the master bedroom toliet was leakjng. I immediately reported it but maintenance didnt show up. My husband stop the leak but yhe toliet would run on and off the whole visit. We never heard from maintenance after reporting it.
