Our newly remodeled vacation home is located on a wide and deep canal, providing the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. The backyard features a large dock where you can fish, dock your boat, and even jump into the crystal-clear water for a refreshing swim or kayak adventure. The canal is exceptionally wide and deep, making it an ideal spot for kayaking right in your backyard.
You'll have the opportunity to witness the wonders of nature as the canal is home to frequent sightings of manatees, dolphins, stingrays, sea turtles, and a diverse range of fish. It's a true haven for wildlife enthusiasts.
In addition to its stunning natural surroundings, our property offers modern amenities and conveniences. We provide an EV charger for eco-conscious travelers, ensuring that your electric vehicle is ready for your next adventure.
Inside the house, you'll find a spacious open floor kitchen spanning 1500 square feet, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a double vanity, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration.
For your entertainment needs, we have ROKU-equipped TVs in every room, including the bedrooms, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies.
The property boasts direct Gulf of Mexico access, allowing you to embark on exciting boating adventures with ease. We provide private dockage that can accommodate boats up to 24 feet in length, ensuring a convenient and secure mooring experience.
Our vacation home has recently undergone a remodel, resulting in a fresh and modern ambiance. Definitely a 5 start home and experience!The host was very easy to get ahold of and easygoing. We will definitely book again! Home was gorgeous, very clean and spacious. It was me my wife and 3 children during our stay and I tell you what our 10 month old had plenty of room to run around in her walker having a blast.. kayaking in the rear of the home was great for my older kids and myself, plus this home was in close proximity to Roger’s park and the local marina’s. Definitely recommend booking this home, plenty of room for a family and more.

Fantastic house and location. We loved fishing from the dock and the kayaks provided. Lots of fun. Also was very close to weeki wachee and pine island beach. Kids liked that it was close to Dunkin and Starbucks. I appreciated it was close to Walmart and Publix. House was perfect w everything you could need including shampoo, coffee pods, creamer, zip lock bags.. things that you might forget. Brian was great w communication and checked in on us to make sure all ok. We loved it and would definitely recommend 5 stars for anyone wanting a nice getaway on the water.
