The Space:
Welcome to this superb, quiet and completely renovated studio, ideally located near the Champs-Élysées! It is perfectly arranged to accommodate two travelers.
The studio includes:
• A living space: equipped with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people with extremely comfortable new bedding, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• An open equipped kitchen: microwave, hotplates, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: shower and toilet, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
The studio also has laundry facilities: iron and ironing board.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.

Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The self check-in went very smoothly. But as soon as we entered the apartment, we began to find things that were lacking. First, the internet didn't work. I used my phone data to email the management. The person I communicated with did not know the actual location of the internet box to tell us how to reset it. We finally found it, but resetting did no good. Later, after buying food to cook, we found that the cooktop did not work. I looked up instructions (again having to use my phone data) and can read French well enough to follow simple steps....it did not work. We had to throw out the food we were expecting to cook. There was a coffee maker....but no pods for it and none to be found at any of the groceries in the neighborhood. The toaster worked, but we had to put it on the floor to use it because the cord would not reach any outlets. The "bed" was an uncomfortable fold-out couch.
It was apparent that no one checked the apartment to make sure it was in a state to be rented. The 250 Euro deposit for damage (payable only to some 3rd party entity) was ridiculous , and only mentioned after I had paid for the apartment and could not cancel.
Also, every communication with the management was with some anonymous company....not one person ever signed with a name.
