Overall, a very pleasant experience. The location is a bit far from the main happenings, but you need a car in Mammoth, no matter where you stay. The place was clean and well-stocked. The customer service was prompt and helpful. I brought up a few minor issues, such as a broken sofa bed frame and a dirty, unusable outdoor hot tub. I hope the owner and the property manager will address these issues promptly.

Clean space. Great place to stay if you have kids, with easy access to outdoor space. Underground garage and washer / dryer came in very handy during our stay when mammoth had record snowfall.

The location is great and the views from the patio are excellent. Good internet while we were there. Nice to have smart TVs. Kitchen is good size for preparing meals. The heated garage is great with space to put bikes and know everything is secure.One thing to note. The pictures make it seem bigger than it is. It worked great for 3 adults but there is only seating for 5 at the table and living room and the bedrooms and bathrooms are actually quite small. It is laid out well but would be uncomfortable with too many people around. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with very little room to move around.I am hoping the management company is able to bring the place up to better standards. The floors had not been cleaned and everything was dusty. The stove turns off if you try to simmer anything and there were a few other maintenance issues. If they are able to get things cleaned and fixed, I would not hesitate to rent this space again.When someone is staying in the condo above, it can be a bit noisy but not a big deal if you don't mind that.
