Outside areas and balcony was bonus , also the view of the viaduct and the ducks
Getting off the actual sight, as we were situated at the very bottom near the viaduct, so we drove every day and parked near main road , then it was only a 10 minute walk to the town centre , you definitely need a car ,when we arrived the outside table was really dirty looked like it had dropped icecream on so not been cleaned , so I cleaned it .also just to let people know the balconies don’t actually get the sun on .

Comfortable bed, good shower, nice and warm in winter, great location.
Old dark towels (you can always see they are clean when they are white)
Cheap pillows, low settee not the most comfortable, the hoover.

A very nice and well-equipped property in a quiet location that fitted our needs perfectly. Our host (Debi) was very welcoming and accommodating when we initially tried to get into another nearby house with the same door number!
