The Apartment was very comfortable and as we were on the 1st Floor the view to Dartmouth Harbour in the distance was very pleasant Spacious carpark The walk into town is downhill about 20 minutes and the 90 bus stops a few yards away every 15 minutes from the Harbour

Unfortunately it seems that the Comunial area has been neglected for some time and is looking quite sad and untidy so we informed agency who will look into it

We were both very happy, no problems at all.

Very clean and modern apartment. Convenient location for Dartmouth with off-road parking.

Quite a steep walk back from Dartmouth but we are keen walkers so did not inconvenience too much.

Liked the location, liked the view from the property and liked the easy parking

1. The garden was full of weeds, the allocated bench needs painting hence we didn't use it, there were pieces of timber left in the garden area and one piece had a very sharp pointed end. It wasn't a nice area to sit in. 2. The steps up to the property need painting. 3. The doorstep is damaged and needs repairing. 4. The outside light is rusty. 5. We had a problem getting into the property each time due to the door lock being difficult to open. 6. The entrance doormat was filthy and muddy. 7. The kitchen sink plug mechanism was not working. 8. The oven and cooker hood were very dirty and need a good clean (hence we didn't use them). 9. Black mold on the sealant around the bath needs cleaning. 10. There were two wardrobes and only nine hangers between them. 11. No spare bin liners for the bins. 12. One pillow in the bedroom with the oak wardrobe had a missing pillow protector. 13. The mattress cover in the bedroom with the oak wardrobe had a large urine stain complete with hair. 14. It was extremely dusty behind the oak bedside cupboard in the bedroom with the oak wardrobe. 15. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. 16. Remnants of food left by previous occupants had not been removed. 17. The right side curtain in the bedroom with the white wardrobe was hanging off the curtain track/rail. 18. The coat wall mounted rack in the hallway is not properly secured. 19. The red outside allocated bin wasn't locked and we were unable to lock it with the allocated key. We also found other unbagged rubbish already in the bin which had nothing to do with us.
