Electric car charging - our charger was just disconnected and this could have damaged our car. We paid for useage but got the impression the host was not too happy. The £30 cost of each use of the hot tub, plus £10 for logs to heat it, every use. A bit too expensive. So i would not book this again because of this excessive cost.

Beautiful cottage, very cosy and comfortable. Very clean and a great location

What an amazing find in north wales! Aled and Katy were lovely and provided us with everything we needed. The weather was amazing we definitely loved the hot tub and the enclosed garden was perfect for our dog. A lovely little town just a 5 minute drive away and a perfect base to explore the national park.

Location was excellent.

Not great organisation. We weren't told directions of how to find the property which left us unsure when we arrived if we had the right place. Also, during our stay someone else let themselves in thinking they'd booked it but it was the other property they had. The cost was high for the week we were there after Easter. However, the items advertised on the listing are not included for example, the hot tub is £30 per hot tub. There are multiple cases of upsells and threats of extra fees, for example not correctly filtering recycling. It just takes the shine off what is a great property, and felt very much like they were in it to make as much money as possible rather than focusing on hosting a great property.
