You can directly enjoy the views of the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge.
There is no air conditioning outlet at the exterior opening. My understanding is that this is due to building protection requirements and that no holes can be made.

The location is fabulous!
The unit is on the third floor, without a lift. This needs to be considered if you have difficulty with stairs. There is also a large flight of stairs to gain access to the front door. Using the back entrance is a better option as it is on flat ground. Needed to know about the stairs prior to booking.. Supplying Photo ID was a little intrusive.
