I loved the hotel and all the facilities they offer. Very nice comfy bed, big rooms, really clean. I really appreciate the hotels where you can have a coffee and tea in the room. Really nice! Also the spa area is great, had a nice massage ( extra cost) amd we enjoyed and really relaxed! Great service

Convenient bed was comfortable very little amenities some of the staff were nice and some were rude
No laundry they expect you to leave your room when it’s convenient for them to clean, I should be able and did stay in my room until it was convenient for me. They wouldn’t clean my room when I left very wrong
