Kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Siisti huoneisto. Hyvä ja rauhallinen sijainti omiin tarpeisiin.
Lasitetun terassin toisen oven lukko edelleen korjaamatta. (Oli rikki jo 2025 elokuussa.) Vain yksi ruuvi puuttuu. Suihkuletku vuotaa.

Viihtyisä, uusi huoneisto ja sisustus. Hyvä sijainti rannan ja dyyneillä kulkevien kävelyreittien läheisyydessä. Näkymä ulos merelle päin myös kiva ja tilava, lasitettu parveke.
Äänekäs ilmanvaihto (ehkä huoltoa vailla?). Saunan kiuas lämpeni kohtuuttoman hitaasti. Astiasto melko minimaalinen (ruokailukulhot puuttuivat).

Huoneisto oli malliltaan kiva ja se oli sisustettu nätiksi. Maisemat parvekkeelta olivat huikeat.
