Oma autopaikka, pesukone huoneistossa. Perus siisti.
Liinavaatteet ja lopppusiivous ei kuulu automaattisesti hintaan. Asunnossa tiukat siivousohjeet ja selkeästi niitä ei oltu noudatettu tai tarkistettu ja asunto jäi huomattavasti siistimpään kuntoon kuin sieltä lähtiessä.

Sijainti ok.
Huoneistossa ei ollut mikroaaltouunia, toinen yöpöytä puuttui, vuode oli parivuode, sohvassa oli likatahroja, samoin keittiön matossa, lattialasta oli rikki jne. Huoneisto oli liian pelkistetty. Terassille tippui vettä rännistä ja terassin lattialla oli iso vesilammikko koko ajan. Terassin pöytä oli tosi kulahtanut.
