Excellent location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great recommendations for places to eat, clean and comfortable pool, nice rooms that are very clean and comfortable.
Bed's are a little bit on the firm side for our preferences, but not bad.

The whole place was immaculately clean the entire time. The staff were attentive and very kind and even ordered a surprise birthday cake for my son's birthday. We were in a family room with direct access out to the swimming pool.

Everything was amazing, absolutely perfect. Location was great, we loved the quieter road we were on for the bars and still only a short walk to the beach. The hotel was exceptional. Beautifully presented and the lay out was so cool. Every room leading out to a terrace. The pool was perfect. Used it everyday to cool off after walking back from the beach/town. The staff were constantly cleaning. Kata hillside hotel is an absolute gem and we are so happy to have been able to experience it. Will be recommending to anyone travelling to Phuket.
